Each piece is carefully prepared and the boxes have cute messages.
Everything is super tasty, from the amazing rice to the fresh fish.

What an absolutely gorgeous dining experience. From the moment we saw the kind little messages on the labels and the broth being in a separate box to not make the ramen soggy, one can only assume the chef(s) has an admirable attention to detail (among other things such as the assortment and quality of the food). I wish only the best for this business, totally recommend!

I’ve been ordering from KOI Sushi since the beginning of winter and I’m very impressed every time! The chicken ramen is absolutely delicious – rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The Spring Set vegan sushi is very innovative and surprisingly satisfying, even if you’re not vegan.

The food is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and delivered on time. You can really feel the quality of the ingredients. The staff is friendly and professional, which makes the whole experience even better.

One small suggestion: the POS terminal works perfectly fine, but it looks a bit old – maybe upgrading it would match the modern and high-quality image of the restaurant.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants fresh and tasty sushi in Sofia!
